Maverick County Sheriff’s Office Donates Nine Exercise Machines

On Friday January 27th, 2012, the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff Tomas S. Herrera, donated approximately 9 exercise machines to the Boys and Girls Club. On February 1st 2012, members of the media, members of the Boys and Girls Club, and Sheriff Tomas S. Herrera, met at the Boys and Girls Club to announce that the machines are ready to be used by our youth in our Community.

Mr. Alfonso Mallen also invited members of the Sheriff’s Office to use these machines from Monday through Thursday. (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) and from (7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)

It is a great privilege to serve our Community and we thank everybody for their support to the Boys and Girls Club.
